Purchased this to go with our new Crown Berkley and we’re glad we did.

The seller title’s their product as: “13 Inch Berkey Water Level Spigot for Big Berkey Water Filter System”
That’s incorrect and I now have the wrong size glass site spigot. The 7.5″ goes with the Big Berkey.
So, the product doesn’t work on a Big Berkey. It’s been used now so, can I return it? I don’t know.
